(serves 6-8 and may be cut in half) preheat oven to 350 degrees 2 cups cooked wild rice Brown sausage in a large skillet, breaking up with a spoon. With a slotted spoon, remove meat to a plate. In the same pan, cook the onions and mushrooms, just until onions soften. Add turkey and sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and remove from heat. In a small saucepan, mix the flour and cream. When smooth, slowly add the chicken stock over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add the seasonings. Spoon the turkey mixture into a 9x13 greased dish.
