Savory Chicken Squares

This fruit  dish perfectly complements my Savory Chicken Squares.

(this takes one hour to cook, so you may want to make it ahead)
Serves 12

Preheat oven to 350

2 cans freestone peaches (I use any canned peaches, preferably unsweetened)
1 can pears
2 cans apricots
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 stick butter

Drain fruit, arrange in a 13 x9 inch baking dish.  Mix sugar and curry; sprinkle over top.  Dot with butter and bake for one hour.
