Rachel Ray's Easy Pots de Creme

This is a recipe I got from the Oprah show, where Rachel Ray made it.  It looked so yummy that I had to try it, too, with a few teensy changes.  This dessert is easy, tasty, and best of all, doesn't require baking.  You're gonna love it.
 
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp liqueur flavoring (amaretto, dark rum, hazelnut liqeur)--I use dark rum
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup boiled whole milk

Serves 4 (if you don't eat much)

Put everything but the milk in the blender or food processor.  Process briefly.  While still processing, slowly pour in boiling milk.  Process until chocolate melts, about 5 seconds.  Pour into four demitasse cups (I use fancy glass fruit dishes).  Chill 30 minutes.  Garnish with whipped cream and a nubt keaf ir a few fresh raspberries.
