Ingredients:
chicken pieces (any kind)
oil
sauce:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs mustard (I use the regular yellow kind)
2 tbs orange juice
Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Using enough oil to coat a heavy skillet, brown the chicken pieces. Pour off any excess oil.
Pour sauce slowly over chicken. Turn to coat both sides. Cover and turn down heat to simmer for 45 minutes, turning every 10-15 minutes.
Serve alone or over rice.
