Rocky Road Ice Cream
Those lazy, hot days of summer are upon us. Days that call for cold treats. Ice cream, for one. Here is a delicious recipe that needs no ice cream maker. It needs at least 12-hours to freeze, so make it the night before.

• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened, condensed milk
• 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Mix sweetened, condensed milk with chocolate syrup and set aside. Whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the chocolate mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Freeze overnight.
