Sun Tea

4 tea bags of Earl Gray tea (or any flavor you like)
1 gallon water

Place cold water in a large glass jar or a plastic sun-tea container.  Add the teabags, leaving the string and little paper thingy at the top sticking over the rim.  Screw on the lid.  Set the container in the sun.  Wait at least an hour before pouring into glasses for drinking.  (Hold onto the little paper thingy so the strings don't fall into the jar.)  Add lemon or mint or whatever you like.  I like milk, which is how my dad drinks his tea.

Happy eating!!
